Bryan E. Eggleston

Bryan E. Eggleston is a founding partner of The Eggleston Law Firm, a Texas Divorce Law Firm.  Bryan is a talented Texas divorce lawyer handling highly contested divorce and custody matters. Bryan has been successfully handling divorce and custody cases for over a decade now and places intense focus and attention on every client he works with. He is a fierce competitor and advocate both in and out of the courtroom.

Bryan is often seen as a supportive rock to clients, with a focus on delivering the most favorable resolution possible to relieve the financial and emotional strain experienced by divorcing families. While most cases do not go to trial, Bryan knows the importance of being ready for trial should it become necessary.  Bryan frequently handles highly contested custody and property issues. Bryan has successfully represented parents, both fathers and mothers, as well as grandparents in highly contested cases.

Bryan is a member of the Family Section of the Travis County Bar, Williamson County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Bryan graduated with honors from Texas A&M School of Law, formerly Texas Wesleyan School of Law, in Fort Worth, Texas.  During his time in law school, Bryan served as a Director for the school’s Innocence Project where he oversaw the investigation of actual innocence claims and post-conviction litigation. Bryan attended Austin College for undergraduate school completing his degree in political science.  Bryan played basketball and lacrosse during his time at Austin College.

Bryan is married to his beautiful wife, Janice. Bryan and his family have lived in the Austin Area for about 14 years. He enjoys spending time as a father, weight training, hunting, and being on Lake Travis.

Bryan has dedicated his practice exclusively in the area of family law serving Travis County, Williamson County, and surrounding counties in Central Texas.  He has obtained extensive court room experience in the area of family law. Bryan’s areas of practice include Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Adoptions, Terminations, Family Violence, and other Family law matters.
