About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate at Eggleston Law Firm, PC. The Associate will manage cases, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare for and attend hearings and depositions, negotiating settlements, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. The Associate will work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced legal team.
Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Two year minimum of family law experience with some experience in litigation.
Pay
• $135,000 – $195,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
