Professional Background
Jillian French is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients across Central Texas. She currently practices at Eggleston Law Firm, PC, where she focuses on complex family law matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at several respected firms in Austin, building a strong foundation in litigation and trial advocacy. She earned her Juris Doctor in from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013 and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since that time.

Jillian’s practice is dedicated exclusively to family law. Her work includes divorce, child custody disputes, property division, cases involving complex or high-value marital estates, and family law appeals. She also has significant experience handling matters involving military families and unique asset considerations in divorce.

Jillian is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In addition to her litigation work, she is an author and speaker on advanced family law topics, frequently presenting at legal seminars across Texas. Jillian also serves on the Texas Family Law Foundation’s Bill Review Committee and has held leadership roles in the Austin Young Lawyers Association, Young Women’s Alliance, the Women’s Legal Society of Williamson County—where she received the 2023 Award for Excellence in Commitment to the Advancement of Women’s Interests—and numerous other professional organizations across Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties.
Beyond the Courtroom
Outside of her legal practice, Jillian is deeply involved in professional and community organizations, including leadership roles supporting women in the legal field and mentoring young attorneys.
